Southbound Start [Catch] by Pap Mar 22, 2017 18:36:37 GMT -7
The first of the Brava Region's two primary routes, spanning most of the north of the region. It connects the base of Caelum Observatory, Boole City, and Melies city, as well as the ports where ships from O'Malley's Fleet frequently dock. It has seen frequent construction products from Boole City companies, turning the route into a high-tech road with many conveniences. Despite this, wild Pokemon are still very common, although most of them are of "artificial" or "mechanical" species. Electric Terrain can occasionally be found here.

The Southroad Spawn List by Satori Feb 23, 2017 22:00:28 GMT -7
The second of the Brava Region's two primary routes, spanning much of the south of the region. This winding route connects the southern ports of O'Malley's Fleet with Parabellum Town, Cernan Town, and Meall Canyon Village, then continues around the rim of Meall Canyon to the base of Sunstone Peak and Corona Town. The Southroad is rough, winding, and mostly natural, owing to the dense forests, rough terrain, and historic nature of much of the area. In some places, it is little more than narrow dirt road and paths. A wide variety of Pokemon species can be found on this road, primarily those closely tied to nature. Rain is frequent here.

One Step at a Time [Catch] by Akira Mar 24, 2017 11:46:41 GMT -7
Occupying the area between the Northroad and Southroad, in the foothills of the Corona Mountains. While not as developed as the Northroad, it is also not as rough or overgrown as the Southroad, and instead consists mostly of rolling hills and scattered woodlands. Most of the Pokemon here are easy to catch and train, giving the foothills a definite 'Route 1' feel. To the west, the terrain is harder to navigate, but several roads lead into the mountains to Corona Town and beyond.

Coastal Plains Spawn List by Satori Feb 23, 2017 22:01:32 GMT -7
In contrast to the west of the region, most of the east is flat, open plains. The only hills here are to the south, where a series of small ridges mark the farthest line of the Parabellum Town battlefield. Closer to the center of plains, a few rivers running east from the Corona Mountains break up the plains. The Fengari Ruins loom to the west, and to the far east the harbors still used by O'Malley's Fleet separate the plains from the coastline. Most of the Pokemon of this area live in and around the rivers, although a few freely roam the plains.

Fengari Ruins Spawn List by Satori Feb 23, 2017 22:02:08 GMT -7
A truly massive megastructure in the very center of the region. In geographical area alone the ruins span enough to have been a large city, they also extend both several levels up from ground level and deep underground. Although most of the ruins consist of interconnected structures and buildings, the very top level is one single building, known as the Moonlight Palace. Although the Moonlight Palace is inaccessible without special equipment or the move Strength, most of the rest of the ruins are explorable, both above and below ground. Wild Pokemon can be found all over the ruins, from cave dwellers in the cavern-like underground to psychic sentries still patrolling the halls.

Depending on where you are, the coastline of the Brava Region can be either beautiful beaches or jagged cliffs. A similar picture can be seen off the coast itself, with several barrier islands lining the coast only a couple miles offshore, and numerous sandbars and rock outcroppings in between. Navigating the coastline by ship would be nearly impossible without the aid of lighthouses and light towers scattered through the coast and islands, but smaller boats and Pokemon have an easier time.

Meall Canyon Rim Spawn List by Satori Feb 23, 2017 22:03:12 GMT -7
The area around the rim of Meall Canyon boasts the densest forests of the Brava Region. Navigation is difficult, but the best overlooks over the canyon can only be found by traveling through the forests. Wild Pokemon are also in abundance here, primarily forest-dwelling Grass and Bug types. Traveling alone is not recommended, but for those who want to get away from civilization and out into nature, there are few better places. Grassy Terrain is found in abundance here.

There is nothing quite like the depths of Meall Canyon anywhere else in the Brava Region. Like the rim above, it is heavily forested. But in addition, a river runs through the lowest point, with waterfalls running down the canyon walls all around. Because of this the depths of the canyon are almost always covered in mist. Combined with species of plant, animal, and Pokemon that can't be found anywhere else in the region, and the multicolored strata that give the walls of the canyon a painted appearance, the Meall Canyon Depths can feel like an entirely different world. A mystical world too, if the abundance of Fairy types is any indication. Misty Terrain is almost constant here. Rain is frequent as well.

Sunstone Peak Spawn List by Satori Feb 23, 2017 22:04:11 GMT -7
At the southwestern end of the Corona Mountains is one mountain that seems different from the rest, known as Sunstone Peak. While the Corona range is steep and jagged, Sunstone Peak has broad, gently rising slopes and mostly smooth terrain. The black rock, crater at the summit, and lava tubes running below the surface mark it as a dormant volcano, although geologists aren't entirely sure how it came to be when none of the surrounding terrain matches its formation. Pokemon Professors and ancient natives to the Brava Region have their own explanation, though - that the mountain was formed by Pokemon. Indicative to this, a shrine to the Magma Pokemon Heatran can be found within the crater, while another shrine with sun imagery sits at the highest point on the rim. Relatedly, Harsh Sunlight is very common here.

Mining Rules by Pap Feb 27, 2017 21:19:56 GMT -7
A desert area nestled high in the mountains, near Corona Town. Despite the elevation, it gets quite hot here during the day, and extremely cold at night. Hardy, desert-dwelling Pokemon make their home in this harsh environment. While it's not the stereotypical "sandy" desert, the sparse vegetation and high winds means that sandstorms are still common.

Frozen Cavern Spawn List by Satori Feb 23, 2017 22:04:41 GMT -7
A cavern high in the Corona Mountains, notable for being frozen year-round. It sits in the north of the region, and is only accessible through Caelum Observatory. Staying long is not recommended, due to the high elevation and below freezing temperatures, but it is one of the only places in the region to find Ice type Pokemon.

Rare Ingredients [Catch] by Akira Mar 27, 2017 1:38:12 GMT -7
A large island amongst the region's barrier islands. It is privately-owned, and access is limited to trainers and those with an invitation. Here, one can find a wide variety of Pokemon that are found nowhere else in the region, including regional variants and Pokemon endemic to other regions.
